Marie
“To give a massage is to sow a little silence in the tumult of the world.”
My name is Marie, founder of L’Escale, a place of care that returns to the very essence of well-being: offering someone a made-to-measure, enveloping and deeply human pause.
After working in spas, I quickly understood that the imposed pace and back-to-back sessions were not for me. To me, a massage is not an automated protocol: it is an encounter, which asks to be fully present and attentive.
I founded L’Escale with a deliberate choice: fewer sessions, each given exceptional care. Taking the time to welcome you, to talk, and to offer you a treatment where time really stops.
To keep refining my touch, I continue to train: this year at the traditional Wat Pho school in Bangkok, for foot reflexology and head treatments.
Three commitments
Taking time
Few appointments a day, a real welcome, and a sweet pause to finish.
The right touch
Every body is unique: I adapt intensity, rhythm and areas to what you need that very day.
Natural products
Pure plant oils, chosen for their nourishing qualities and gentleness on the skin.
“The most beautiful journey always begins with a return to oneself.”
